I know what you’re thinking—another cis white man with a podcast on his portfolio. And… you wouldn’t be wrong. Unlike most, I knew when it was time to stop. After two seasons and 24 episodes (some of which have since been removed), I decided to hang it up.
Yeah Right began as a passion project—a way to explore podcasting—but quickly evolved into a broader experiment in social media management, promotion, and unconventional marketing. This included everything from announcing Drake as a (fake) co-host, to launching Season Two with a fabricated corporate structure, and eventually—much to my own horror—pivoting to a newsletter.
While the newsletter was short-lived, it provided a low-pressure opportunity to experiment with a new medium. Below, you’ll find links to both projects, along with selected samples of the podcast’s art direction.
