COVID-19 has dramatically impacted all sectors of the live experience economy. With this in mind, myself — alongside my team — were tasked with providing strategic counsel to Calgary Arts Development with regards to the future of arts & culture in Calgary. My primary role in this project was designing our strategic report. However, I played an important role in the development and synthesis of my team’s overall strategy.
