COVID-19 has significantly impacted every sector of the live experience economy. In response, my team and I were tasked with providing strategic counsel to Calgary Arts Development on the future of arts and culture in the city.

My primary responsibility was the design of the final strategic report. In addition, I contributed meaningfully to the development and synthesis of the team’s overarching strategy, helping translate complex insights into a clear and compelling visual narrative.
